Robert Breschard Is A Licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson

Robert Breschard has been serving the New York metropolitan area and the Northeastern U.S., including Boston, Philadelphia, Syracuse and Delaware, as a commercial building management professional for over 30 years. From 1986 to 1995, he worked as the Vice President, Senior Area Manager at JMB Properties Company. At the firm, he was responsible for managing Class A commercial office buildings ranging from 100,000 square feet to 1.6 million square feet in size. In 1995, he joined CBRE (formally ESG, Insignia/ESG), as a Portfolio Manager and is presently working as a Director Asset Services at the firm. CBRE is a global leader that offers exceptional real estate services. It has been rated as a BusinessWeek 50 “best in class” company, three years in a row and as the fasted growing Fortune 100 Company, two years in a row. A BMOI designated Real Property Administrator (RPA), Robert Breschard has held several New York City licenses including the Refrigeration Operators License and the Fire Safety designation. Apart from this, he is certified by the Real Estate Board of New York. A member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Ct, Robert also holds a NYS Salesperson’s License. He is extensively experienced in managing individual properties and portfolios, monitoring building operations, administration and financial performance as well as in managing construction and redevelopment projects. He also holds a vast experience in supervising major capital projects, which include energy management systems, chiller retrofits, lobby renovations and tenant installations. Throughout his career, Robert Breschard has managed portfolios of up to 13 million square feet of institutionally and privately owned property for the Canadian Imperial Bank; JPMorgan/Chase; Sony Corporation, Equitable Life, INVESCO, Marsh and McLennan, ING. In addition to this, he has years of experience in developing, managing and monitoring operating budgets and the financial performance of commercial properties from a value added perspective.
